Right now we are searching for a Senior Manager – Direct Mortgages & Insurance Marketing to join our team in Gosforth or Glasgow. What’s the job really all about?

This role is really important to our mortgage and insurance business, You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the Marketing strategy for Direct Mortgages & Insurance across the Virgin Money Group using the full range of the marketing mix - including proposition, brand, advertising, digital marketing, PR and communications.

You will work closely with the broader Mortgage Division, Sales and Operations senior management, along with relevant Insurance partners to ensure that our Marketing strategy and operational plans are aligned to the broader business goals. You will be a champion for the customer voice and our brand objectives.

Who are we looking for?

As an experienced commercial marketer and senior people leader you will have significant experience in managing a broad range of integrated marketing activity and a track record of inspiring and motivating both your team, and wider Brand and Marketing unit.

You should be personable and have the ability to influence at senior and executive levels, both internally and with third-parties.
