Network Rail is revitalising Britain's railway. We are developing some of the most ambitious and diverse feats of civil engineering the UK has ever seen.

The Anglia route comprises over 1,700 miles of track from London Liverpool street station to Norwich in the east and Cambridge in the west. As we enter a five-year term of investment, our people will be vital in building and delivering the railway improvement for millions of passengers.

We have various HR strategic projects, such as D&I, strategic workforce planning, support in talent and succession planning.

If you are passionate about enabling people to perform their best and support them through numerous challenges, join our Anglia HR team to fully support our people strategy. You will be involved in:

' Lead our HR Diversity and Inclusion strategy, promoting the value and outlining the business case impact on organisational performance

' Ensuring our everyone learning, inclusive leadership and unconscious bias training to further our managers understanding of our diversity and inclusion

' Collaborating with resourcing to lead on our Returners schemes, to support our D&I agenda

' Lead and support our work on our 20by20 female and BAME campaigns to ensure we continue to build an inclusive culture

' Take the lead for talent and succession planning for the route, working with the senior HRBPs on the process and governance

' Lead the governance framework for the HR team in terms of reporting, managing our KPIs,

We follow a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: '40107 - 45120.

Network Rail follow UK Government standards when carrying out pre-employment checks for all new starters; this includes a basic criminal record check. In accordance with the UK Government we need to verify your identity, right to work in the UK and previous three years employment history.
