Reporting to the Housing Team Leader, the post holder will be responsible for providing an
effective housing management service in Campbeltown, including responsibility for tenancy
sustainment, proactive arrears and estate management and the efficient management of void
The successful candidate will investigate and resolve reports or breaches of tenancy conditions
including complaints of anti-social behaviour; assist in implementing the Tenant Participation
strategy; have shared responsibility for general day to day running of Fyne Homes’ office in
Campbeltown, and build effective partnerships with tenant and other customers, partners and
suppliers to foster good working relationships and a customer centric approach to service delivery.
It is desirable that applicants either hold or are studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Applicants should have a good knowledge of the social housing sector including housing practice & procedures, Scottish Housing Law and be conversant with the SSHC and SHR Framework.
To be considered you must have front line customer service experience, good communication skills,
and an ability to proactively manage priorities and workload with minimum supervision.
The hours for this role are as follows;
