Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £37,570.00 - £44,688.00 p.a.

Job Purpose: Practice Leads (for early years, for school years and for care & protection services) work together within the team to provide an integrated service to children & families. Practice Leads collaborate to manage the work flow of the team and provide leadership and supervision to distinct but complementary areas of professional activity. Practice Leads have a responsibility to monitor & support the standards of practice from the respective professional disciplines within the Family Team.
On behalf of the team and the wider service, the Practice Lead (Early Years) ensures the provision, standards and coordination of universal and early intervention services to children in the early years.

Child welfare and protection post graduate certificate/ Master’s (or willing to work towards)
