The role is based on our Kishorn Farms and we are currently recruiting for Marine Husbandry and Trainee Husbandry staff to join our dedicated team.

Experienced Husbandry Staff: Applicants should have at least 1.5 years’ practical salmon farming experience with a keen interest in developing knowledge and skill in feeding and net management. You should be able to demonstrate competence across a wide range of farming disciplines including fish health monitoring, stock appetite assessment, boat handling skills and certification with commercial endorsement, whilst being proactive in health and safety.

Trainee Husbandry Staff: We would also welcome applications from candidates looking to begin their career in the Aquaculture industry. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are team players, proactive in health & safety and who have high expectations for themselves and of their employer. We will provide you with a Mentor who will guide you through your first months of employment and a detailed training plan that will enable you to kick start your fish farming career.

In return we will offer an attractive salary dependent on experience along with additional payments on completion of specific training, crop bonus, discretionary company bonus, pension scheme, life cover, occupational health support, subsidised gym membership and cycle to work scheme.
