Shifts to be worked in accordance with a rota, includes evenings and weekend working
1 Post 30 Hours (days) - 4 shifts over 7
1 Post 28.5 Hours (nights) - 3 nightshifts over 7
The successful applicants will have experience in caring for older people, preferably within a residential setting and be familiar with all aspects of personal care.
You will be required to construct a person centred support plan, implement, review and evaluate its effectiveness for the service users for whom you have responsibility. You will contribute to the assessment and review process and administer medication as prescribed.
Shift and weekend working is essential.
