Job Description Summary

To provide technical analysis to Scrum Squads within the CIO ServiceNow Centre of Excellence to enable projects (or Epics and Features) to meet agreed business needs and expectations, through technical problem solving and advice, or through input into technical developments.

We are particularly interested to receive applications from strong graduates, or those with existing experience of Business Analysis within the Scrum Framework

Job Description

Confident in undertaking Business Analysis within Agile or SaFe frameworks

Great Communicator with extensive stakeholder management experience; able work with key players to define the value add business outcomes and to ensure that their needs are fully represented. Capable of accurately estimating story point development effort of the SaFe stories to enable accurate Sprint Planning activityAbility to convey complex information in a non-complex way to enable efficient and effective decision makingAbility to validate designs & solutions, facilitate Solution Validation workshops and manage post implementation warranty periodsExcels at defining detailed and appropriate Acceptance Criteria, gaining agreement and then becoming the Guardian of the Acceptance Criteria through development, testing and handover to BAUSupports the Scrum Squad to understand business problems, critically evaluating business ideas from a customer and a commercial point of view. Identify underlying business needs to be  addressed, challenge existing practices and ensure requirements will address the defined business problemSupports the Product Owner to validate SaFe stories and proposed developmentSupport the Squad to translate business needs into project objectives, features and stories. Challenge business stakeholders to drive out the real business outcomes that are required to realise the customer and business propositionsResponsible for closing down debate on scope and detail in order to keep the delivery on track. Engage with Scrum Master and Product Owner to resolve conflicting requirements as appropriate
