We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead our People Operations Advice and Casework team.
What you will be doing
As HR Manager you will be accountable for managing a team of HR Advisors to deliver an excellent advisory service covering a wide range of employment and volunteering issues. The role will drive a culture of service excellence, customer care, continuous improvement and value for money.
What we are looking for
Educated to degree level in a HR related discipline, or equivalent by experience, you should have:
- Senior HR experience in a large multi-functional organisation
- Experience of working at a senior level in a Business partnering model
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels
- Experience of managing high volume complex casework within the team
- The ability to identify and measure client needs and determine options for delivering HR and volunteering solutions through policy and technology
- Analysis, decision making and problem-solving skills including the ability to think strategically and laterally
- The ability to interpret complex data to gain insight and identify service improvement
