Vice Principal Learning and Attainment

Salary £75,000 + Pension + Benefits + Relocation

The Vice Principal Learning and Attainment will play a key part in driving forward further improvements in our wide curriculum offer. We seek a curriculum senior leader to energise, shape and enhance our drive for improvement in learning and teaching. You will work as a member of the 4-person senior management team and a new college leadership team, with a key role in delivering consistently high quality learning and teaching, and achieving excellent outcomes across the full breadth of provision.

This role will appeal to an existing vice/assistant principal or an ambitious curriculum director seeking an exciting challenge and experience. We are looking to appoint someone with the vision, confidence, skills, and energy to drive forward curriculum improvement. You will have a passion for, and strong track record in, delivering great student outcomes and the ability to inspire staff to achieve their full potential to enable students to achieve theirs.
