An exciting opportunity to join an experienced team, preparing the freshest Scottish ingredients and providing bistro style dishes for the hotel and restaurant guests.
Responsibilities include aiding in the day-to-day running of the kichen, maintaining food quality and maintaing a safe, hygenic kitchen. During the summer months we prepare for up to 80 covers each evening.
Supporting and preparing dishes as per the Head Chefs request.
Working 5 from 7 days and around 45 hours per week. An annual allowance of 28 days holiday, the hotel closes Christmas and Boxing Day.
