Excellent rate of pay and bonus scheme, good balance of working hours with 2 days off in a row and a great work pattern with flexible & fixed shifts (1-10 PM).
You would be handling all food orders from our brasserie-style menu during Head Chef's 2 days off.
This position does not have live-in accommodation, however, we can help with local arrangements for the right candidate.
Our location is 10 miles south of Fort William, a driving license and/or access to a car is necessary if living in Fort William.
FOH, Housekeeping, and House Manager/Assistant GM positions are also currently available separately, as is the possibility to increase the annual Sous Chef pay if night porter duties are added to some of the shifts.
