Hourly Rate: £16.3408 - £17.8208
Salary: £29,821.93 - £32,522.92 per annum
A permanent full-time opportunity has arisen within in the Development Management section for an enthusiastic person to assist in handling a full and varied caseload of planning and listed building consent applications within a wide geographical area.
Where this is a requirement for the successful candidate to work from home as part of the role you will be provided with the necessary IT equipment by the Council, however, you will be responsible for the provision of any required furniture.
For the planning officer, a degree, or post graduate qualification in Town Planning or related subject.
You should hold a degree or equivalent in planning and be capable of working with minimum supervision. This post would be suitable for candidates with recent post-qualification experience. However, applications will also be welcomed from recent Planning Graduates.
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
