Here at Perth & Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership, we are responsible for the design and delivery of integrated clinical and care services. Our ambition is to provide fully integrated services that improve the outcomes of our residents. An excellent opportunity has arisen for two high calibre project managers to join the team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will contribute directly to the design and development of our essential services. As well as planning and overseeing key projects you will provide updates to stakeholders using best practice project management techniques. The postholder will be responsible for measuring project performance and identifying areas for improvement as an essential member of the project team. As part of your wider role in service improvement you will utilise service improvement methodology and techniques to facilitate the changes required to progress the project. You will lead on the development of business cases and funding bids working with a wide range of stakeholders from clinicians, front line staff and managers locally and across Tayside.
You will have first class interpersonal skills and be extremely resourceful. Ability to communicate with and influence a wide range of stakeholders is essential.
