The successful applicants will manage, support and develop the administrative and clerical support functions within the Health and Social Care Partnership. They will supervise a team of clerical / administrative staff to support operational delivery, allocate and review the work of the administrative team and manage attendance and performance of the team as well as assisting the Resource Manager in establishing and implementing business processes, systems and structures to support the key functions within the team. Applicants should have previous supervisory experience; the relevant knowledge and administrative experience to fulfil this role, possess good communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organisational skills. The successful applicant may be required to work across multiple locations and to supervise staff across multiple bases.

Your basic hours of work will be 35 hours per week, the standard day will be the current office opening hours (Monday-Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am to 3.55pm (50 minutes unpaid lunch break).
