About the role

This is an exciting role with the main purpose to ensure every effort is made to guarantee the smooth Supply Chain for the Destination Scotland and Brand Home Centres Operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the Logistics Teams & Operations, and to Manage the JGR Logistics Contract with the On-Site Logistics 3PL Partner, to guarantee the full compliance to excellent Stock Control and Management leading to Full Diageo CARM Compliance and will be to be the main link into Diageo Make, PCS&L and Governance Organisations to guarantee Compliant and Efficient Operations at the JGR Hillington site.

You will be responsible for overseeing the Inbound and Outbound flow of Finished Cased Goods and Kegs to meet all Customer Requirements.

You’ll close Management / Stock Control of all cased goods including prestige and luxury cased goods including conversion opportunities of returned stock to Compliant stock for UK Market.

You will proactively manage and control the contractual service level agreement between Diageo & JGR with ownership of control measures and contingency plans.

About you

To be successful in role you will have heath and safety management experience and have a high level of technical competence in understanding plan, make and logistics operations.

You will have experience of stakeholder management including proven ability to influence at all levels.

You will have a understanding and appreciation of end to end Supply Chain and it would be great if you familiar and have working knowledge with Plan, Make, Logistics and Compliance processes.
