To Manage the Day to Day Operation of the team and service to the customer

Responsible for management of : 

Our Front of House Team of staff & Staff Rota's, Recruitment and Training

Food & Beverage Service - Breakfast, Bar & Brasserie

Customer Service to the Guests

Customer Check in's / Check outs

Stock and Stock Rotation

 

You must have experience in the Industry and in particular be experienced with :

Supervising and working with people

Operation of electronic till systems
 
Bar / Restaurant Service
 
Stock control – orders and deliveries
 
Telephone and Call Handling
 
Customer Service 

Previous experience in the Hospitality Trade is 100% necessary and you must be experienced in the Restaurant and Bar Trade at Supervisor / Management Level

A can do attitude, big smile and happy demeanor

Smart Appearance

Flexible and helpful and a willingness to get stuck in - this is hands on and will not appeal to management from behind a desk
