Dunfermline Office

Two vacancies:-

Full-time Legal Secretary in our Conveyancing - the successful applicant will have experience of working in a legal office environment. We require someone who has the ability to audio type, answer telephone calls, deal with client enquiries and assist generally with administrative tasks in our busy conveyancing department. Telephone enquiries are numerous and being comfortable communicating with clients the phone in a courteous and professional manner. is essential.

Full time position • Records/archives — a full time position is available in our Dunfermline office for a filing clerk - principally responsible for record managing the archiving ot legal files, Wills, and other documents, filing and general administrative support for department, and our department Of Trusts, Wills and

Dundee office

• Full time Conveyancing paralegal - the successful candidate should be capable at managing their Own Case load, liaising directly with clients and seeing through a conveyancing transaction from the outset conclusion. We deal with a considerable volume of house purchases, sales, remortgages and transfer of titles.

Kirkcaldy office

• Full time Administrative Assistant — Experience preferable but not essential as training provided. Generally, 10 assist with audio typing, answering calls, dealing with Client enquiries, assisting with mail and other general duties. Telephone enquiries are numerous, and being comfortable communicating with clients, in a courteous and professional manner, is essential.
