The Isles of Glencoe Hotel is in a spectacular spot. A place where our guests come to explore but also kick back and soak up our service, food, drink and spectacular views. Our team also know a thing or two about the area as they’ve scaled mountains, explored lochs and found some much-loved spots to explore.

About the role

At Isles of Glencoe, we're not fans of the phrase 'something for everyone': But in the case of accommodation types across our property portfolio, it just happens to be true. We’ve got standard rooms, feature rooms and signature rooms. And no matter the type - every room has one thing in common. It has to be spotlessly clean and presented beautifully - every last nook and cranny!! That’s where you come in. Any problems with our rooms, you're the person to fix it. You’ll make up cots and bunks, clean carpets/chairs, collect and deposit recycling, and move furniture for deep cleaning. Some of our guests are coming to celebrate special occasions and you’ll make sure any balloons, champagne, flowers and chocolate are delivered to the room in advance of the guest’s arrival for a great first impression.

These are just some of the things that will make up your day. You’ll be dealing with guests every day, so you’ll have great communication skills to be able to solve any little niggles people have and to give a warm welcome to any guests you meet.

What we need from you:

It would be great if you’ve experience in the hospitality industry. You’ll have a great attitude and fantastic attention to detail. You’ll take a pride in what you do and you’ll have high personal standards of cleanliness and boundless energy levels. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of our business, so you’ll also be friendly and able to give a warm welcome to any guests you meet.
