We are looking for a confident and experienced administrator to undertake the development and delivery of effective HR systems. This post will involve using Excel to a high level of competency for reporting and analysis purposes, including the development and production of statutory and performance reports, data gathering and bench marking. Applicants should therefore be proficient in this area.
To assist with the provision, development and delivery of effective HR business support functions and procedures.

Educated to HNC /SVQ Level 3 in Office/Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification with previous experience of working in an HR and/or Customer Service environment, conducting, analysing and reporting on management statistics.
The preferred candidate for this position may be subject to a Basic Disclosure provided by Disclosure Scotland prior to a formal offer of employment being made by East Lothian Council.
