General office duties including typing of reports, estimates, policy documents, invoices
Process payroll on a weekly basis
Process accounts using SAGE software including purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliation and annual VAT returns.
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Knowledge of SAGE and Payroll 100 preferable, however training will be provided if necessary.
