We are seeking a Legal Secretary/Office Administrator at our Kyle of Lochalsh office.
Full time candidate preferred but we would also consider applications from anyone seeking part time hours.
Salary from £19,000 per annum (pro rata if part time).
The successful candidate will be responsible for front of house reception, answering telephones, diarising appointments, audio typing, filing, keeping databases up to date and general office duties. As we use a Case Management system the ideal candidate must be computer literate and familiar with MS Word and MS Outlook. Whilst a legal background is preferred, this is not essential as training will be provided.
