Working hours will be two days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The postholder will contribute to the delivery of a flexible and efficient administrative service to Partnership Services within the Health & Social Care Department, including Assessment & Care Management, Commissioning and Justice Social Work. You will support the administration of key IT systems with respect to Partnership Services and work flexibly to ensure holiday and office cover.
It is essential that you have a SVQ Level 2 or equivalent along with proven administration/clerical experience in a busy office environment. Proficient keyboard skills, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for the post. It is essential that you have knowledge of office procedures and knowledge of records management and Data Protection Principles.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade with annual incremental progression.
