Job Summary

Post:  Recreation Assistant II (Fitness) (Temporary)

Job Ref:  L1123

Rate of Pay:  £9.50 per hour (K:A Leisure provides workers with a minimum hourly rate of £9.50 under the Living wage initiative.  Terms and conditions apply).

Hours:  18.5 hours per week                                                                

Location:  Walker Memorial Hall, 45 Main Street, Kilbirnie, KA25 7BX                  

Job Purpose:     

  • Provide fitness instruction, gym inductions and create customer programmes
  • Actively encourage potential subscribers to join and ensure the retention of existing subscribers 
  • Set up equipment in accordance with facility bookings
  • Take responsibility for the general safety, preparation and cleaning of facilities whilst delivering excellent customer service

You Must Have:

  • Level 2 recognised gym qualification
