The Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer will join the Facilities Management team and deliver maintenance across all aspects of building services, across 7 sites in Central Scotland.

Multi-Skilled Building Services engineers will be responsible for undertaking pre-planned maintenance – statutory and non-statutory, repair, and corrective/reactive tasks.

There will also be a requirement for the incumbent to be appointed as an Authorised Person, LV, Mechanical and Petroleum, after subsequent training.

The Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer will also form part of the on-call rota.



The Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer will provide maintenance support (including installations; planned, preventative & corrective maintenance) in relation to site services, plant/equipment & buildings.

It would be advantageous to have an understanding of contractor control for supervising/escorting contractors.

Timely completion of all paperwork, company forms and documents, record keeping and inspection certificates.

You will deliver specialist technical maintenance support & services in relation to building infrastructure, plant/equipment.



The Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer should have good knowledge and level of competency in areas of building services (BMS, electrical or mechanical services).

You should have excellent Interpersonal Skills.

Good computer skills and firm knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised or as part of a team.

Flexible and adaptable to change.
