The role of Depute Head Teacher (Support) is a key role in the Senior Leadership Team and in the school community.  Can you help us to drive forward and lead improvement to ensure the needs of our young people are met and to improve the life chances of children and young people in our community by encouraging and enabling them to succeed their own expectations?

You will be a highly organised, values-drive middle or senior leader who is motivated, committed to inclusive practice and ambitious for the success of all young people. You will have a proven track record of delivering success in middle or senior school leadership, ideally with experience in leading pupil support, demonstrating the necessary skills to provide effective leadership for the delivery of highly effective support for young people.

The successful candidate will have the necessary characteristics to work in a high-paced, challenging environment where innovation, commitment and inclusive practices are expected. Resilience a sense of humour are essential.
