Working Week: Average up to 35 hours a week, working shift patterns
Salary: £17,700 per annum plus benefits
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant, who will provide an excellent first point of contact with customers either via telephone, face to face or electronic methods, within one of Transport’s flagship contracts.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will look to support all customers at the terminal, including with the taking and handling of payments, manage customer enquiries and bookings and also look to use the NorthLink Ferries booking system.
What you need to do the job:
This is an opportunity for an individual who has excellent customer services experience and a natural communicator. The successful candidate must show a natural drive to deliver a good customer experience as well as having a good knowledge of IT.
