Craft Salary: £26,393 - £31,484
Hours: 36 per week
The City of Edinburgh Council are looking to recruit a Horticultural Engineer to support the Workshops department in the full maintenance, servicing and upkeep of a diverse range of plant machinery including ride on grass cutting equipment, tractors, pedestrian mowers and various powered hand tools.
The post holder will work as part of team maintaining a number of assets both Council owned and equipment for external customers.
The Council is looking for a time served individual with an extensive background in maintaining grounds machinery, agricultural or general road plant equipment.

In return we can offer:
- Starting salary of £26,393 rising to £31,484 on a contract of 36 hours per week.
- 26 days annual leave plus public holidays rising to 34.
