About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a LCV - CAR TECHNICIAN to join our Plant & Fleet business unit to work in Shotts, Scotland.

Role Purpose:

  • Safe and effective service repair and maintenance of Cars & LCV vehicles.

What you'll be doing

You will have the following accountabilities:

  • Ensure highest standard/quality of workmanship on all maintenance requirements, repair on car, light and specialist vehicles
  • Exceeding of Customers expectations
  • Ensure that a safe system of work is carried out at all times and in line with the Companys health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.

Who we're looking for

You will have the following qualities and experience:

  • Monthly Accounts - Productivity - Vehicle down time
  • Quality of maintenance and repair activities - Customer complaints VOR status
  • MOT pass rate
  • Timely and accurate completion of all administrative duties
  • Customer commendations
  • 0 AFR - 0 LTIR - Near miss reporting
