Customer Contact Adviser - fixed term for 12 months
Waverley Court

Salary: £19,424 - £21,828 (pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: Full time and part time roles available

The Customer Contact service provides a 24/7, 365 day access to a wide range of Council services, via a range of access methods including by telephone in a contact centre style environment and face to face from various locations within the city. Hours worked would be by shift pattern dependant on service need.

The Customer Contact Adviser will provide and collect information in relation to various customer contacts including; taking payments, requesting services, and processing information. The post holder will ensure contact is dealt with effectively and efficiently whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.  For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
