Salary: £37,589 - £44,934
Hours: 36 per week
Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership Strategic Planning Team are looking to recruit a full time permanent Strategic Planning and Commissioning Officer Mental Health.
The post requires someone with knowledge, motivation, creativity and commitment to design and deliver services which help people have a better life.
This role will focus on planning and commissioning of a variety of services working with people with lived/living experience, service providers and locality, procurement and contract colleagues. The initial focus will be on the implementation of workstreams associated with Thrive, the Edinburgh Mental Health Strategy. A current priority will be the recommissioning of the Thrive workstream “A place to Live” to provide supported living options across the city.
In addition the post holder will help lead the innovative work that will place Human Rights at the core of all interactions through the Thrive “Rights in mind” workstream.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range. For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
