You will have 3 National 4s, or equivalent, to include subjects relevant to working in a modern office OR relevant office-based experience.
To provide an effective and efficient clerical support service for centres and projects supported by the Corporate Business Support Service for the Communities Division.
You will have experience of Microsoft Office packages and of cash handling.
You will have the ability to multi task and take the initiative and work as part of team. You will have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), have a calm disposition and be willing to keep up to date and undertake training as required.
