And as a Customer Advisor, you’ll be on hand to help them find it all whilst ensuring they have a great experience with us.
Working in one of our standalone retail stores throughout the festive period, you’ll serve customers on tills and collection counters, be present on the shop floor and help your colleagues out in the stockroom. Previous experience is nice, but not essential. Because what beats experience is a passion for delivering excellent customer service, taking pride in the work that you do and overall, being yourself.
Know your shifts in advance.
Most of our roles are part-time, with a variety of shifts across the store opening hours, including weekdays and weekends. You’ll have your guaranteed part-time hours every week and there will be opportunities for you to work overtime if you choose to throughout the holidays.
