We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our Head Office Resourcing team as a Resourcing Business Partner on a 6 month contract.

The successful candidate will partner departments across the Head Office.


You'll own the resourcing activity, partnering with the business to deliver an exceptional full life-cycle recruitment service. This is a diverse role, requiring a motivated and enthusiastic individual with drive, resilience and a passion to succeed. You will be familiar with working in a fast paced in-house resourcing environment. 


You must have experience of recruiting head office roles for a large business. The successful candidate will have previous work experience of recruitment partnering  and will have had exposure to 360 talent management including - senior headhunting, talent pipelining and external market mapping. You will have a passion for employer brand and will be accustomed to using social media as an attraction tool to target our diverse talent candidate audiences.


You will have strong relationship building ability with excellent coaching and influencing skills. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to influence a market-leading, obstacle-free recruitment process, challenging their thinking where needed. Spotting opportunities to drive improvements for both our candidates and hiring manager to deliver a first class experience.

This role benefits from a 4 day working week, with the requirement to work 13 Saturdays in the office per year (pro rata).
It is preferable for the successful candidate to join in the New Year.

Role responsibilities:

  • Business partnering with key stakeholders across your business areas alongside the wider People team
  • Understand the priorities and focus of your business areas to ensure the recruitment practices reflect requirements of your functions
  • Coaching and developing hiring managers to upskill assessor interviewing techniques
  • Manage hard-to-fill vacancies and manage multiple roles at busy periods (up to 40 roles)
  • Headhunt & approach the best talent via attraction plans & methods to support building strong candidate pipelines
  • Have a solid understanding of the external talent market and competitor activity
  • Ensure a first class candidate experience making sure candidates feel valued and welcomed

  • You must have recruitment experience of working in-house and/or agency with a background in recruiting for specialist roles in a Head Office setting.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a determination to succeed
  • Understanding and experience of implementing sourcing strategies to meet business needs
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proven track record in a similar role
