NHS Highland is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Band 7 Registrants to lead, manage and deliver the vaccination programmes in Caithness and Sutherland; Skye, Lochalsh and Wester Ross.
The preferred candidates must have well developed leadership skills, an understanding of project management and great communication skills. Team working is essential in this role whilst working in challenging times. You are required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring and respectful way. You will lead and manage the vaccination teams in your area and provide high quality nursing care support and advice to patients of all ages. Knowledge and skills in management and administration of vaccines is essential along with the ability to write reports and meet tight deadlines.
The post holders will work closely with the Associate Lead Nurses and the COVID Vaccination Team.
Vaccination Clinics run at various times and locations across the Highlands. Applications for full and part time will be considered. Please indicate on your application form the contracted hours you are available and for which area(s) of Highland you are applying.
The posts are fixed term until 31st March 2022.
