Job Description

What is the role?

Can you make a difference to the future lives of South Ayrshire's children? The Learning and Inclusion team are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative teacher to help support pupils with a range of inclusion needs across the authority. We seek to appoint an experienced and adaptable individual who can demonstrate excellent relationship skills with a proven track record in adaptive teaching to close attainment gaps.

The Learning and Inclusion team is a peripatetic service supporting all 48 primary and secondary schools within South Ayrshire. Therefor we would invite applications from both Primary and Secondary qualified teachers who have the ability to connect with and inspire learners from both sectors. Understanding of trauma informed practices, Nurture Principles, Social Emotional and Behavioral Needs as well as positive relationships and resilience will be beneficial for consideration for this role.
