Hours:  35 per week
Salary: £17,393.69 - £18,707.69  per annum
Contract Duration: Temporary until 31 August 2022

Role Purpose

To provide a range of clerical support to the business, operational and administrative teams within the Department, through administering, organising, assessing and processing information.

The Children and Young People’s Duty Team are responsible for processing all referrals for children across the Scottish Borders.  Main duties include minute taking, answering a high volume of calls, management of the team mailbox and inputting referrals onto the system

Essential

Minimum of 3 Standard Grades / National 5s at level 1,2,3 or equivalent (including English).
