We have a great opportunity for a passionate, driven, Finance Systems Specialist to join our organisation.

For us, our financial systems team team plays a vital role in keeping the lights on and ensuring we can deliver the best possible service to our customers. The team plays a central role in our talent strategy and we put significant focus in on developing and growing people in our team through apprenticeships, development plans and getting first-hand experience with our colleagues.
We are looking for someone who enjoys change, someone who wants to innovate and strive for better, grow ‘pro-active’ support to our business and develop great relationships with our stakeholders across the business.
Finance Systems Specialist Role:
This role is an opportunity for someone with a good understanding of financial systems and IT service management. Prior experience with CCH Tagetik is not essential but enthusiasm to learn and a drive to innovate and solve problems are essential. The finance function is currently evolving and this creates demand and opportunities to further improve and automate our reporting solutions.

High quality robust and resilient service, support and improvement delivery across the groups key financial systems which are:
- Tagetik – group financial reporting and planning solution
- M3 – Configuration and finance modules of group ERP solution and peripheral systems
- Development and support of associated business processes eg sharepoint forms to request configuration changes
- Incident Management and customer requests in accordance with Service Levels using ITIL best practice
- Problem Management including investigation of possible causes and testing of solutions
- Comfortable to advise users on correct processes to follow to resolve issues
- Change Management. Assess the impact of the change ensuring system stability and audit compliance
