Chef required to join our small brigade under our Head Chef. Fantastic Location on the Road to the Isles and Skye. 4 Star Award winning Scottish Highland Inn.

You will assist and work closely with the Head Chef  – compliance with legislation, food production, stock control, and importantly our small kitchen brigade.

You will work closely alongside all parts of the team here - we are a small friendly unit and require a friendly face who will fit in and care about the business.

Our Season is 11 months on - 1 month off (Closed Xmas & New Year) 

5 Days on - 2 Days off 

Share of Breakfast / Lunch / Evening Service 

We are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude and an open willingness to be a reliable pair of hands. Someone creative and works on menu ideas and daily specials with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Pay level dependent on your experience

Requirements

Experience:

  • Cooking: minimum of 2 years experience - ideally experienced commis / junior sous
  • Work Location: In person
  • Food Hygiene certified and trained
