Duty Manager
Responsible for the smooth running of your shift, including:
- Managing staff team
- Co-ordinating customer bookings and seating
- End of shift banking
- Input into staff training and mentoring
- Working with management to maintain high quality service.
Front of House Bar / Waiting
Delivering a good quality and efficient service that matches the high quality of food from the kitchen. Includes:
- Serving drinks from the bar
- Waiting on tables
- Being part of a small, friendly team
Both positions can have flexible working hours for those looking for work to fit life, and are available all year round. Place of work will be Crannog@Garrison West.
