Job Title: Relief Cleaner Location: Various Care Homes within the Scottish Borders - all available locations are listed on the application form, please tick which location(s) you'd like to be considered for. Hours: 0 - casual/relief Salary*: £10.90 per hour /£21,029.19 pro rata per annum (Pay Award pending) Qualifications: No formal qualifications required. The Role To ensure that a high standard of cleaning is maintained within the Care Home as per the cleaning schedule:- • Ensure that all Health & Safety and C.O.S.H.H. regulations are adhered to. • Implement materials and equipment practices. • Ensure maintenance of equipment and stock levels. Please note successful applicants will be placed on the first point of the salary scale unless they meet certain criteria. * Scottish Local Government Living Wage Allowance of £10.90 applies to this post
