Job Description
Based at County Buildings, Market Street, Forfar.
This job is workstyle 3 - Flexi.
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
You will work as part of a team and assist in the provision of a comprehensive Business Support service.This will include providing a range of services such as general data input, minute taking, word processing, prepare standard reports and a range of financial documents using a range of software packages.
Other duties include cash handling, mail, dealing with reception and telephone enquiries and other general office duties.
This post will be supporting the Justice Service and you will be required to deal with highly sensitive information.
This job is temporary until no later than 31 March 2025.
Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager / organisation.
