HMP Addiewell have an exciting opportunity for a FM Administrator to join our team!

In this role, you will support the FM department in delivering the vision for HMP, by ensuring that the prison operates effectively with the corporate and local values and vision. You will provide a first class, professional service to clients and customers of the prison estate and will take personal ownership and responsibility for the standards delivered.

Role Responsibility

  • To support the FM team in the day-to-day running of the facilities operation, always ensuring the operation is fully compliant in all aspects of the contract.
  • Support the site FM with all admin-based duties ensuring all targets and benchmarks are met in line with the contract.
  • Support the FM coordinator and stores admin on raising of PO numbers and closures within Maximo CAFM system.
  • Monitoring of the CAFM systems- service desk, E permit system
  • Raising PO numbers and logging in SAP
  • Ensure all H & S paperwork is received prior to contractors attending site
  • Ensure all statutory training and records are up to date

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge of CAFM System
  • Experience of working in an FM Role.
  • Experience of working with Contractors and overseeing contracts.
  • Experience of working successfully with accrediting and regulatory bodies and implementing associated programmes.
  • Experience of working within a Health & Safety Environment, RAMS ISOQA

 

Package Description
