Based at Clepington Road or site you will work full time, 37 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm and Friday 8.00am-1.00pm). The salary for this post is in the region of £31,929. Requirements

You will be a Time served Joiner, City & Guilds, CSCS card (Blue card-Craft Level) and CSCS Card ( H&S and Environment Test).

Responsibilities

You will carry out all aspects of joinery work as and when required within Constructions Services, ensuring the highest possible standard of workmanship is achieved at all times.

The Individual

You will have experience in all aspects of the trade., mostly refurb and maintenance and including window installations. You will have a broad knowledge of other trades and the ability to co‑ordinate joinery works with the other trades. You will have understanding of current Health and Safety Regulations. You will be flexible, a team player and have the ability to work on your own initiative with good communication skills. You will also require to be comfortable working at heights and working in confined spaces.
