Requirements

You will have a HNC or equivalent in Management, Business, Administration, or relevant working experience in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support to the designated Service Manager(s). You will assist in the control of all financial and administrative matters relating to the Service.

The Individual

You will have experience in staff supervision, providing and interpreting management information, taking and producing minutes at meetings and experience with systems development. You will have good communication skills with the ability to produce reports, well developed IT skills, use of e-mail, internet, MS office, numeric skills for financial assessments and budgets monitoring, organisational skills. You will have the ability to prioritise workloads and meet challenges and deadlines, work on own initiative and as part of a team.
