Bus Driver, Marybank Depot
£25,112 - £26,193 per annum (pro rata) including Distant Islands Allowance
37 hours per week (21 hours permanent contract, 16 hours fixed term contract until 31 March 2024)
You will undertake driving duties, ensuring the buses are operated to the standards required by the Statutory Authorities and the Comhairle.
Applicants must have knowledge of bus routes and service timetables and have the ability to complete vehicle defect reports and driver hours record.
Good communication and customer care skills are essential.
Applicants must hold a current full class D (PCV) driving entitlement and hold a valid driver CPC qualification.
Applicants must have experience in all aspects of driving passenger carrying vehicles of varying types and sizes.
Appointment to post will be dependent on passing a driver medical assessment.
