The Housing Repairs Service is looking to recruit a Repairs Centre Advisor to be the first point of contact to our tenants in relation to repairs and maintenance enquiries. This is done via a variety of channels (phone, email and online).

You will be one of 6 Repairs Advisors reporting to our Repairs Officer managing all contact streams from our customers.

You'll need to demonstrate a real commitment to meeting the needs of our customers, and to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of customer care.

The Individual

We are looking for a customer focussed individual who has experience in a customer service environment, someone who can work well as part of a team and be flexible in their approach to work.

Good communication skills are key to this role, along with being highly motivated.

Ideally you will have knowledge of Perth and Kinross Council's services and it would be beneficial that you have knowledge and experience of a variety of computer systems, including Connect, Northgate and Microsoft packages. These skills are not essential as full training will be provided so you must be willing to learn and take on new information quickly.
