What you’ll do:
Manage & work through delivery, return & internal transfer exceptions to finalise fleet movements
Provide system support (i.e booking equipment, stock adjustments, depot cable change requests)
Allocation & reversal requests from our Customer Centre to accurately complete customer agreements
Coordinate stock checks
Reporting to help plan activities & work on team targets in accordance to service activities to better impact performance/KPI’s
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work.
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Polite and effective telephone manner
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
Attention to detail and deadlines
Computer literate and knowledge of Systems- preferably with experience of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Understanding of business processes and high working standards and a drive for continuous improvement
Self-driven with strong communication and people skills
