Based at either Angus House, Forfar or Dewar House, Arbroath. This job is workstyle 3 - Flexi. You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, working from council buildings, working in service user’s locations and site visits and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration. There are 2 positions available, 1 based at Angus House, Forfar and 1 based at Dewar House. Arbroath. Based at Angus House, Forfar, you will work as part of a team and assist in the provision of a comprehensive Business Support service. Working within a busy team dealing with blue badges, burial grounds, park bookings, South Links Holiday Park and waste services; you will be responsible for raising instructions to the Operations team, logging DVLA enquiries, processing special uplift reports and monitoring various mailboxes. Based at Dewar House, working within a busy team providing support to Environmental Health & Consumer Protection/Waste services dealing with ACCESSLine/DASH enquires and complaints, Freedom of Information requests, ship sanitation inspections, civic/short term lets licensing, consumer complaints and business inspections, food safety and health & safety inspections and loan bin/wheel out enquiries/renewals. You will be responsible for logging all enquiries/complaints/actions into Civica CX system, raising works orders for pest control/loan bins/wheel outs, formatting letters/pass certificates/mail merges and monitoring various mailboxes. This job is temporary until no later than 31 March 2025. Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager / organisation.
