Job Description

Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 5 - Flexi.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

The CDM Officer will develop, manage, and implement the co-ordination and provision of CDM 2015 for the building works programme in Property Asset and Landscape Services, will maintain a CDM project database, and electronically file all CDM project documents in accordance with office procedures.

The CDM Officer will undertake the Principal Designer duties in compliance with the CDM 2015 regulations on all construction related projects and will advise and assist the design teams on all CDM matters related to design, construction processes and maintenance related matters.
