We are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and innovative Early Childhood Practitioner.

Having the ability to work in a team situation is essential in our small team and a flexible approach to working with young children and parents is required.  As a member of a small team you should have excellent communication and organisational skills which are required to lead learning in our Nursery.

Do you pride yourself on the high-quality learning experiences you offer the children in your care and the strong relationships you build with children, their families and partner agencies?

If so, we would love to hear from you.

You should hold an appropriate qualification e.g. SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 equivalent or SVQ 3 in Childcare and Education or SVQ 3 Social Services (Children and Young People), as well as have the eligibility to register with SSSC.

The Individual

We are looking for an individual with knowledge of Curriculum for Excellence across Early Level, along with knowledge of extending play.

The successful candidate will be a driven professional with appropriate Nursery experience and a passion for getting it right for every child.  A commitment to continuous professional learning is essential.
